As a member you agree to provide Select Mode with accurate, current and complete personal information, and you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Select Mode.
In addition, you consent to allowing Select Mode and its personnel to share your profile and personal information with prospective dates.
This information will be used solely for the purpose of matchmaking.
This information will not be used for any commercial purposes such as direct mailing, mailing lists, or distributed for purposes unrelated to Select Mode.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law or if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to:
(1) comply with the law or with legal process served on us;
(2) protect and defend our rights or property; or
(3) act in an emergency to protect someone's safety.
IN NO EVENT WILL Select Mode nor any other representative associated with Select Mode BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF Select Mode OR ITS AGENTS, PERSONNEL OR REPRESENTATIVES KNOW OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN YOU.
This is a legal agreement between you and Select Mode. Events that are sponsored by Select Mode will be attended at your own risk.
Select Mode shall not be held liable for any loss or injury sustained, either directly or indirectly, by any person attending an event.
You represent and warrant that the biographical information you provide to Select Mode is true and accurate.
Select Mode WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SERVICE. INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF COMMUNICATING AND/OR MEETING WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF THIS SERVICE, OR INTRODUCED TO YOU VIA THIS SERVICE. SUCH DAMAGES INCLUDE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PHYSICAL DAMAGES, BODILY INJURY AND/OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS OR DISCOMFORT.
You agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Release shall be held to be invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release which shall continue to be enforceable.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this entire Consent and Waiver of Liability, and I agree to be legally bound by it.
